Pained
I figured I would spare you all the details of what I really look like right now and show you how feel. So I woke in the middle of the night unable to move. Me being delirious in the moment didn't think much of it and went back to sleep. When I woke up later... I still couldn't move. After a tearful of effort filled with lots of pain I rolled out of bed and headed to the urgent care clinic only to be told that i need to see my primary doctor who doesn't have availablility until 3. So here I sit... Feeling the worst pain I have ever felt and being totally frustrated with medical insurance. What a pain!

what happened?! What EXACTLY is painful? Did you drive yourself to the Urgent Care? Yikes!
